Chapter. 1.4

~PREVIOUSLY~

Stein and Vito were taken hostage by Russians and they got beaten up. Vito and Rait were saved by Melissa and Nina. After they got home Stein wanted meet the Balalaika and Rait were still under recovery from wound.


~Present~

Stein sat downstairs and drank coffee and looked around. Melissa was with Nina and talked over things. Rait came to Stain and grinned to him. "I going for a walk." He waved and went out. Stein couldn't say anything as Rait was bit in a hurry. He thought why Rait was in such a hurry but didn't mind it. He went to Nina and Melissa. "hey you both what ya up to?" Nina looked at him "Nothing really." Melissa smiled "Just girl things" She grinned and stood up. "Where Rait went?" Stein answered to her with concern look. "I don't know".

Rait went to Russian district and met with Balalaika. He was stopped by the guards."What business you have here?" Rait grinned and looked at them both."I need to meet with Balalaika" One guard called to her and said young guy wanted meet her. She said yo let Rait in and lead him to her. Rait followed the guards and he met with Balalaika. He sat down and grinned to Balalaika. "What the fuck went wrong? I told you where they going and what they will do, You messed up" Rait was angry with Balalaika. He was only one who scolded or talked badly with Balalaika since he was her informator and backup force. He acted secretly and didn't want guys to find out. "You know Stein want to meet with you. He want to ask questions." He stood up and went to Balalaika and placed his hand on her cheek and leaned closer to her."Just don't disappoint me ever again" He grinned. Balalaika smiled to him and looked in his eyes, "Those two girls came in and messed up everything. My man were killed by them and I almost lost my life." She lowered her head to Rait and whispered. "I'm sorry forgive me I will do right thin next time," She looked at him as Rait leaned closer and gave her kiss, "I hope so" He went to window and saw Stein came with his car."Oh he's already here," He grinned. "You act normal and just hear him out" Rait went out from other way not to meet with Stein.

Stein arrived to Balalaika safe house and went in. Guards didn't stop him since Balalaika had called them before hand. Stein was lead by one guard to Balalaika. She smiled to Stein and smoked a cigarette. "You have big balls to come here Stein, the leader of Diversion. Why you came here? You know I can order to kill you any time" She grinned and sat down. "Just listen me out. I want to make a deal, which we both can benefit from." Stein grinned and placed his hand on Balalaika desk. "I have still one trailer of Meth. I can give you 60% of it to you. Let's say it is buying freewill time from you. Like time window. I do my business in our district and you hold your eyes shut down." He grinned more and lighted a cigarette. "Well I leave it up to you to decide." He takes paper and writes his number down and hands it to Balalaika. "here call this number and I will wait for your reply." He went out of the office.

Rait was back in safe house and smiled to Melissa and Nina."Hey I'm back." He went to them then his phone rang. He took it out of his pocket and saw Balalaika called him. She told him what Stein wanted and Rait was bit pissed, since he don't want this to happen but he needs meth as well. "Shit, just do what he wants, let's give him that time window and we will take that 60% meth." He put phone back inside the pocket. He took some coffee and saw Stein came back. "Hey there" He grinned to Stein, "So how it went talking with Balalaika?" Stein went to him and explained the situation as Rait was bit concerned. "Well let's hope she gonna give you that time window, well we give her big amount of meth after all" Rait took sip from coffee and grinned. Melissa went to Stein and smiled. "Do we have any jobs today?" Stein smiled and looked at her. "No, today is free day you all can do what ever you like." He smiled and looked at Rait. "So where did you go this morning?" Rait smiled and looked at him. "Just walking and needed some fresh air." Nina dissembled her Dragunov SVD and cleaned it through fully. She assembled it back together and smiled. It was first time she ever smiled fron of a gang as they were bit surprised but didn't said a word.

Following morning Stein was mending Dodge with help of Melissa. She just cleaned it from inside. Stein upgraded door as it can be opened while next to him sitting person can open the door and car chair will be against it and shoot while sitting to outside, It went as planned and the tested it out in garage, "Oh it looks cool, said Melissa, I wish to use it on our next mission" She giggled playfully as it excited her much. Door was opened by remote controlled and chair turned automatically the right way as it was controlled by hydraulic extensions fueled by air cooled motor under driver seat.Stein looked at it and made final installments. "Ok it's ready, let's hope it wont fail us" He smiled and wiped his hand with towel. He drank beer and smiled. "We gonna need to install next thing Melissa" He smiled and took cart and brought two heavy machine guns. He placed them on hood as started to attach them along with Melissa, He made it so that they can be lifted and lowered same time. He applied controller to passanger seat from front. "Ok Melissa another toy for you, With this controller you can turn and tilt them, They have 5500 rounds and one round shoots 1,5 seconds with split," Melissa sat inside and touched the controller as she get hyped. "It is so badass, where you got those?" Stein jsut grinned and polished them."I have one friend from military" He laughed. Nina came there and saw the upgrades. "Woha someone has overdone it" She jsut looked at to heavy machine guns, "They look good there" She nodded. Rait was out again minding his own things. "THis baby gonna be feared here" Stein said as he laughed a bit.

~Previously~

Stein,Melissa and Nina had to do a job to change trailers that consisted of Meth to another load. They had hired by Vito Italian mafia boss. They did the job well but when Vito and Stein arrived to warehouse they had quite surprised, Nina and Melissa were bit behind of them.

~Present~

"Oh fuck shit" Cursed Stein and banged wheelchair. He had welcomed by the Russians. Russian male came to the truck and pulled Stein out. he beat him in the head with his fist and made him Dizzy. They set him on a chair and beat him."Where is Meth?" Asked Russian mafia boss Balalaika. She was feared woman in Russian district. He puffed a smoke and looked at Stein as she pulled his hair. "Tell me where is the fucking Meth" She had fierce angry look in her eyes. Stein spit blood from mouth and grinned to her. "If you want to know then search it for yourself" He got beaten again by fists to his head. Balalaika looked in his eyes with anger. Vito were taken by one member as they forced him to kneel and knife was on his throat. Balalaika looked at Stein with evil grin. "If you don't want to lose your friend here by losing blood you better start speaking up". Stein looked at her and then at Vito. He didn't know what to tell because Meth was supposed to go to Italians. He lowered his head and whispered. "I can show you location just don't kill him." Stein was ashamed but he didn't want Vito to die.

Melissa and Nina were outside. They wondered what taking so long so they headed to peek."Its looking bad Nina" Said Melissa and she became bit worried, "Building don't have any windows it is impossible to snipe them inside" She sighed and stood up. "Let's just see what happens" Melissa was angry and gripped her G-36c, She had  fierce looking as she was ready to go there and shoot them all. Nina calmed her down. "Don't worry they will be alright".

Stein and Vito was put in car by Russians. They drove to the location. Melissa and Nina drove wtih Mercedes after them with a distance to avoid being spotted.  They followed them as Russians had 2 cars only rest stayed in warehouse. Melissa rolled down the window and leaned out as she sat on window ede half of upper body out. She started burst bullets toward one car. it lost control and crashed. Balalaika was pissed "Shit, do something shoot them" She yelled out and held gun on Stain head. Melissa continued to shoot as they got bullets toward them as well. Nina gripped the wheel tightly and drove fast to not lose sight of Russians. Melissa shot the car and Russians lost control of it. Nina and Melissa ran out of the car to grab Stein and Vito. Melissa took them out and Nina held gun toward Balalaika head. "You move I shoot" She had plain expression like always,  Melissa got Stein and Vito in car as they all drove away. Balalaika came out of the car and looked at her companions"You useless shit of bastard" She lit a cigarette and saw Diversion crew driving away.

Late in morning they arrived to garage as Rait was sleeping and having fever. They sat down and Stein was pissed as his face was bloody and full of hickeys from beating. "Fuck this whole shit went down, how the Russians knew about it?" He looked at Vito and lit the cigarette. "The hell I know?" Said Vito and lowered his head. "I think someone told them, there is no other option to it" He sighed and looked at all of them. "I will make Meth trailers to be transported to another spot". "You better do so, we are already fucked once by Russians and now this. How bad it will go" Said Melissa as she treated and cleaned Stein wounds on face and cleaned it from blood. Rait opened his eyes, his body shivered and he coughed. "What happened?" He was bit worried since he heard something of their talking, He leaned up to sit position as Nina went to him and set him back to lay down. "Don't worry all is under control." Gang were there and talked things trough.

Stein woke up from sleep and saw all sleeping. he made coffee himself and thought over things. "I need to talk with Balalaika" He knew it was almost a suicide mission but he needed to talk things through with her, He even didn't know why the Russians are after them in first place. He just drank coffee, Nina came there and looked at him. "So what we planning today?" She sat down and took coffee as well. Stein just grinned to her "Nothing i suppose." He planned to go to talk with Balalaika alone so no one could interfere their talking. Melissa and Rait were still sleeping and Vito had gone home in the morning.

Stein is a creator of Diversion crew. He put them all together to make jobs under anyone who offers job to them. He picked members as he liked and introduced them to business. He likes his car Dodge Challenger as it been their ride for long time. He does his job with respect and with decency. He don't like liars and people who would be easy to control.

Rait

Age: 26
Gender:Male
Occupation: Gun expert/Mechanic

Rait is second member of Diversion. He and Stein build up it reputation and got it so far as it is. He gains affection toward newest member Nina but he know she is too young for him and he wont let himself grow too close to her. Behind his looks there is calm and sensitive male hiding beneath his hard looks. He repairs and mending guns for the crew and getting proper guns for every mission. He loves working for Diversion more then anyone could imagine.

Melissa

Age:20
Gender:Female
Occupation: Assault

Melissa loves what she does. She was growing up in gang and moved gang to gang until she was hired by Stein. She never felt anything like home before Diversion, there she knew she can call it her home and being together with Stein and Rait mattered her most. When ever there is missions she takes control of sudden shootings. She just protects and covers persons she holding close. She is sweet and caring but by her looks everyone could say she is simple blood thirsty maniac. She does taking care of cleaning and cooking for Stein and Rait so they can easily work on their plans and next missions. She has special feelings for Stein but she keeps them for herself and wont show them out.

Nina

Age:15
Gender: Female
Occupation: Sniper/student

Nina was hired by government and assigned to Diversion Crew. Despite her age she is very skilled dealing with sniper rifles. She has usually plain expression hardly shows her emotions but deep inside she grew to love Stein,Melissa and Rait. She is affected to them and never want to leave or lose them. She likes Dragunov SVD the most but time to time using sniper rifle that is most useful for mission. She is student and attending school on day time. She was trained by government to handle and use Sniper as well tactical planning and spots for good sniping.

~Previously~

Gang was inspecting warehouse of Yakuza to find meth. It ended in a shoot out as Rait got injured blutted in waist. They had recruited new member Nina who was good with Sniper.

~Present~

Stein went downstairs in the morning to check up on Rait. "How you feeling?". Stein sat beside couch on chair as he looked at Rait. "Well I guess good" He smiled and was still bit in pain."Melissa changed my bandages earlier." Explained to Stein. Stein lighted up a cigarette and gave one to Rait. They both smoked."Where are the girls?" Asked Stein and grinned to Rait. "I don't know, maybe girl stuff" He laughed bit but then felt pain again.
Little later Melissa came in with food she had bought from fast food."I brought something to eat" She smiled and gave boxes to Stein and Rait, they smiled to her and all started to eat. Nina came in and looked as they ate."Come to eat with us" Smiled Melissa to Nina and gave her box as well.

Stein received a phone call about next job."I'm listening" Answered Stein. But caller was not George it was Vito from Italian family."We need to meet this talk is not fro phone. Come to our restaurant and we talk there." Call was ended and Stein smiled to Melissa. "Come with me." She smiled to Stain and took her Desert Eagle and Stein did the same. Melissa and Stein sat in car as Stein drove off to Italian district."I don't know what gonna happen but we will see" Said Stein to Melissa as 30 minutes later they arrived there.
Stein parked Dodge to the parking lot and went inside restaurant with Melissa. They were greeted and escorted to Vito's office 2nd floor. Vito grinned to Stein and started explain the job."Well first of all, nice to meet you Stein. Don't ask pointless questions and leave chit chat. I need your crew for a heist." Vito grinned more and took out his tablet. "I need your crew to take those trucks and bring what is inside to my warehouse and trade them for another trailers" He pointed to 2 trucks and explained the plan." It would be easier to get 2 extra drivers and few people. Since you need to kidnap them while they driving on a highway." Stein heard the plan but was bit curious, "Well where are the trucks come from and whom they belong?" Stein grinned and lit up a cigarette, "It just I wont accept job If I don't know further details." Vito sighed and started explain. "Trucks belong to Yakuza and will transport Meth." He smirked, "I know you are familiar with this topic Stein. We will provide you 2 bikes and one car. I don't think you can use your own since it would increase suspicion in other territories." Stein looked at him and nod."When is the time for them to start moving?" Vito was pleased with the question and knew Stein was up to it."Well tomorrow evening 7:00 pm." Stein smiled and walked away with Melissa and drove back to the garage.

~Tomorrow evening 5:00pm~

"Gotta move out" Stein said to all, since Rait had injury he didn't took him along as he was provided with one man from Vito crew. He took Mercedes CLK500 given by Italians.Melissa went on a bike. Nina and Italian went with Stein. Melissa was equipped with automatic rifle G-36c, Nina had her sniper and a hand gun. Italian man had uzi.
They drove off to a highway and waited there trucks to come. Stein got bit worried since time was past 7 and he started to panic a little, He smoked a cigarette while waiting as he saw trucks coming from a distance. All got ready as Nina sat behind the wheel and Stain with Italian sat on backseat. Melissa was after them with bike and they let trucks passing by. Nina drove with Mercedes bit back from the trucks as Melissa past by on a speed. She stood up on a bike and loaded her G-36c. She started giving warning shots to truck drivers but they stepped on a faster. Nina drove to one truck side to cabin and Italian man went to that truck. He got inside and Held gun on driver side of head. Stein did the same with front truck. Melissa and Nina drove back of the trucks then truck guarding cars came behind them.
In truck where stain was started a ruckus and it made him to shoot down the driver. Guarding cars head that and started to shoot toward Nina car and Melissa bike. Melissa tried to shoot back at them but was bit hard to shoot to behind. She hit the brakes and let them go forth. She started to shoot the cars from their behind. Nina did zic-zac front of them so they wouldn't pass. Melissa shot their tires and they crashed,

Stein was troubled in the cabin as he tried to toss out the driver, changed places and started to drive himself. They arrived to the changing spot. Stein dressed and changed himself into truck driver and Italian man did the same. Melissa sat in car with Nina and they followed the trucks.
Stein and crew soon arrived to trading place. They were stopped by guard to get papers, Stein and italian man proceeded inside lot. They had surprise waiting them there. "Oh shit" Stein cursed and came out of the truck...

Chapter 1.2
"BEGINNING!"

~Previously~

The crew got package to bring to the government. They had one girl in a school uniform. They drove trough the Russian territory, it was bit dangerous for them since they were chased by Russians before last night. Melissa sat with girl in backseat as Rait and Stein sat in front.


~Present~

Stein drove calmly and slowly not to make any misleading things on enemy district. Rait lighted up a cigarette and rolled down the window. "Ain't Russian district look little bit glamorous?" He smirked gently while looking at Stein. Stein just grinned and nodded. Rait looked back at the girl they were delivering. "So who are you and where are you come from?" He grinned as girl looked at him with straight poker face, as she didn't answer to Rait. Rait chuckled a bit and continued smoking. "I like mysterious girls more." "We are here" Said Stein and unbuckled himself and let the girl out since it was 2 door car. "You both kill some time. I take her inside" Said stain to Rait and Melissa. Rait leaned against car door and Melissa just laid on the hood and sucked her lollipop. "I wonder..." Melissa thought a bit then smiled. "What gonna happen there". Rait came close to her and smiled. "Well we just have to wait." Rait chuckled as he tossed cigarette butt on ground and stepped on it. "Just hope nothing going the wrong way". Meanwhile Stein brought the girl in to the officials. He looked at them. "I brought the cargo". Official was pleased with gang as they managed to do it easily and smoothly. He poured whiskey to his glass and looked at Stein. "You want some?" Stein just smirked. "I'm driving" Official burst to laugh and smiled to Stein "Come on, one glass. I have something to tell you about." Stein accepted the glass and sat on a chair as Official looked at him. "Well since you both have met or not I will introduce her to you Stein." Stein was bit lost with the moment as he didn't quite understand what George meant, "What you mean sir?" Asked Stein with smirk and sipped bit whiskey. "Well she is Nina. She going to join you guys. She is good with sniper and you could use her." He smiled and drank the whiskey, "Well you can't deny anyways since she now work under you and me." He smiled to Stein and Stein was bit surprised. "Well this is a news. I guess I can't deny you." Stein finished Whiskey and soot up from a chair and looked at Nina. "Well give your best". Stein started to walk but George stopped him. "Stein wait. I  still have to talk about your next job" He brought a map and put it on the table. "You need to raid into Japanese warehouse and see if they have any drugs there. I heard from my people they started producing Meth." George explained everything to Stein. "Well what time we have to do it?" asked Stein from George. "3 a.m today morning." ."alright" Replied Stein to George as he walked with Nina to outside. Rait and Melissa walked toward them and asked questions. "Umm Stein? Why is she with you?". Asked Rait bit confused tone. "She is our new member Nina. We have next job to do." Said Stein to Rait. "Oh really?" Said Rait to Stein with sarcasm, "Well first we need weapons," He smirked and went to their safe house.

~2:30am~

"Well this is it" Said Stein to all. "Nina you see that old water tower. You take your dragunov SVD sniper and go there to snipe and inform us if there is any movement" Explained Stein to Nina. "We come with you then?" Asked Rait from stein. "Yeah you two coming with me. We need to do it quick and quietly" Explained Stein to Rait and Melissa. Nina went up to water tower as she placed her self comfy as possible. "I hope it going to be fast one" She mumbled herself and assembled Sniper together.
Stein,Rait and Melissa went to backdoor of warehouse. Melissa giggled. "I take care of that lock" She was talented on lock picking as he broke the lock with wire and screw. She opened the door and they all went in.
As they searched and looked every where. Melissa found stack of crystal meth. "Psst guys come here" Melissa whispered as Stein and Rait went there. "Woha that's lots of meth there" Rait was amazed then Nina spoke to Stein trough wires. "Guys hide quickly some guys came there," Stein didn't think and everyone went to hiding. Nine scoped the situation trough scope as she had applied night vision scope. She held finger on trigger if something going to happen.

Yakuza had arrived to their warehouse and went to meth. "Hmm who left that sheet like this?" Said one of the member as meth was visible. "I don't know who" Answered another male, "it is suspicious", Other man looked around and he was clever than others there. "I think we are not alone." They started look around and Stein opened the fire, "Nina quickly.... try to shoot them." Nina tried her best but the windows were bit high and wont reveal lower spots on the building. She saw few more cars coming as she held her breath and started shoot them when they stopped and came out of the car. Few of them managed to escape in building from Nina but others died. Rait and Stein shoot and fired members while covering. Melissa reloaded her 2 Uzis and smirked. Se started humming a tune and her sky blue eyes sparked as she whispered the lyrics."Danger in the dark....Danger in my head...Waiting on a spar....Waiting on a friend.....Give me the fire...." As she hummed the tune and whispered the lyrics, she went full rampage on shooting. While Stein and Rait shoot from other corner they see Melissa on a rampage. "Well shit there she goes again," Said Rait as He stood up to ran toward her but one Yakuza member shot him in the waist and Rait collapsed. Stein saw it and tried to get Rait as possible could. He shot that member in the head and took Rait to his arms and dragged him to behind tables. "Fuck....You need to be more careful" Stein was mad at Rait but shoot out continued as they covered. Melissa got half of them already and still hummed her song.
Area was cleared off as Nina took last escaping ones down. Stein let her know that she needs to come to the car. Nina waited for Stein and others beside car and Stein helped Rait to walk as he bleed heavily. Melissa came running there and helped Stein to get Rait inside the car to back seat. Melissa you sit with him there and hold his wound close." Melissa held her soft hands on rait wound to slower the bleeding,

At safe house Stein and Melissa started treat Rait's wound and Nina helped them with knives and towels. Stein got bullet out as he started to sew Rait wound together, Melissa poured some vodka on a wound to get it clean again. Stein finished the job and Rait sweated a lot. He got bit feverish and Melissa went to make some tea for him. Stein sat back and but all the equipment back to their place. Nina sat on a chair and looked over them. "I see why George said you are best to have" She just looked at there not even a smile on her face. Stein looked at her and smirked but was bit angry toward Rait that how could he be so reckless and sometimes don't think ahead, Stein went to Melissa and smiled to her. "You can take a shower and rest now" Melissa went to shower then bed. Nina did the same thing, Stein Remained by Rait side to over look him just in case nothing happens.

This is the story about crucial way of living in city where obtaining peaceful life is in own hands and wrong move could make your life fatal. Big city was divided into 4 districts, each district had own rules and laws. Southern district was led by Russians which was one of the biggest districts in city. Northern district was led by Italian mafia, it was medium sized district. Eastern was led by Japans Yakuza clan, it was little bit bigger then Northern district. Western district was led by city government, they tried always win back districts since the begun of wars over district. City that never sees peaceful life exist in that realm. Fighting,explosions, death, black market. They all existed in that city.

One day at dawn, there was huge shooting on streets as car chasing took place. Metallic black Dodge Challenger 70, Drifted out of the corner as male in the passenger seat shoots with automatic rifle to car that chased them. It was fierce bullet shooting as chasing car shoot all they got. Cars drove on fast as possible. Other cars came along and chased Dodge. "Stein step up, we need to lose them" Said Rait to Stein while he shoots accurately as possible. One car crashed into the building and other cars continued chasing them. Stein pushed Dodge into its limits, as the chasing got more pressuring. Rait kept shooting more. Melissa opened the trunk as she was inside there. She took out heavy assault rifle to shoot from the back. She managed to shoot one car tire as it crashed into the post. Melissa grinned as she continued shooting along with Rait, Stein smiled and adjusted his glasses and laughed. "We are soon there hold on" He shifted the gear fast and drifted the curve. What was ahead of them was not so pleasant sight, they had few more cars in their tail now total 5 cars. After a while they managed to escape and parked the car to their safe house. Rait came out of the car with Stein and Melissa jumped out from trunk. They were exhausted. "It was close call" Said Rait as he took bottle and drank water. Melissa went and laid on couch she spoke very rarely, only time she speaks is when she wants something. Stein went to bed and called it a night.


Next morning Stein came downstairs and saw Melissa alone there, "Where is Rait?" Asked Stein from Melissa with smile. "I don't know." Answered Melissa to Stein as she was making breakfast. She did all cooking and laundry for the boys and helped them out. Stein lit up a cigarette and looked over the car. "Oh damn she took lot of damage" He sighed as he knew it must be fixed and repainted. He opened the garage door, He went to see what Melissa had cooked. He sat down and reading newspaper. "Bring me coffee." As Stein ordered from Melissa. He looked at the news and other story lines about the city life. They lived in 4th district which was led by government. "I wonder what job we get today" Wondered Melissa while pouring coffee in cup for Stein, Stein smirked and took the cup with a smile, "Let's just hope we gonna get some," He laughed and sipped his coffee. Later Rait came back and yelled."Guys where are you?" He looked for them and saw them in kitchen area. "I have big news" Said Rait to all. "Those who chased us were Russians, they wanted the cargo for themselves" Rait explained and sat down to join the coffee and breakfast. Stein was not so pleased to hear that from Rait and looked at him with serious eyes. "That cargo was important for them indeed but not the rightful owners" Stein looked at the newspaper while talking. "So what we gonna do today?" Stein looked inside Rait eyes and smirked. "We gonna have a next cargo coming up from 1st district port." Rait smiled to stein as he had explained the today's work,

Later that day Melissa, Rait and Stein packed things and went to the docs. They met with Japanese merchant who showed them the cargo. "Here it is" It was human a girl 16 years old. "You need to transport he safely to government officials" Said the merchant to Rait as he explained the job for him. Melissa took the girl and put her in backseat with her as Stein and Rait went inside car and started to drive. While driving Stein looked at the girl from mirror.
